The first gig took place on the 26th of May, 2007. This day can also be considered the birthday of the band. During the year of 2007 the band took part almost in every significant musical event in the city, also played together with RED ELVISES.For now the group consists of: Andrey Sheshero - upright bass, vocals; VladimirKatoulski - guitars, vocals; Taras Novikoff - drums, backing vocals. On the 11th of January, 2008, the band participated in Winter Elvis Day, that took place in B1/Maximum club in Moscow. The event was dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of Rock'n'roll king's birthday.Normally, ROUTE 67 performs in Rock'n'roll pub in Moscow. Today's band's playlist includes classic rock'n'roll hits of the 50's: Rockabilly Boogie, Twenty Flight Rock, Matchbox, Beautiful Delilah...; original cover versions of Jack the Ripper, Walking by Myself, My Baby, Goofin' Around; own material: Jumpin' and Pumpin' at Night (Japan), Bo Diddley, Dance Man, Down the Line.Now the band is having a good deal of practising, to be ready for starting their debut album. One can define the band's sound as "rockabilly", but the guys themselves say that "there's no need to lock up inside some borders; without thinking about styles and trends we do the thing we like - we simply play ROCK..N..ROLL "
